This Symposium aims in propelling entrepreneurship with technology as a catalyst for socio and economic transformation with a vision to capitalize on changing trends.
Entrepreneurship is one of the most vital element for the economic development and promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By promoting and propelling entrepreneurship with the help of technology, financial and other resources, employment generation and economic growth will be achieved.
The Symposium covers a wide range of issues which are critical to societies and economies in changing times. The role of entrepreneurs is to transform society with greater and meaningful economic opportunities. Many great personalities round the world are engaged in promoting Entrepreneurship and assisting entrepreneurs to grow and progress in their respective societies. About the Organization:
The Association of Lady Entrepreneurs of Andhra Pradesh
(ALEAP) was established in December 1993 and today holds the recognition of being one of India’s premier institutions of women entrepreneurs totally devoted to the development of entrepreneurship among women. It was the dream of like minded women entrepreneurs who wanted to train, guide, and support and enhance the lives of ladies.
The association was established with an aim to bring Women Entrepreneurs trying to help each other and work in collaboration for welfare Maximization. It acts as a facilitator and helps women in acquiring entrepreneurial skill, guiding them to become economically independent and assisting women from all walks of life in their enterprising endeavors.
ALEAP is an organization of enterprising women who are bound by the common desire to help other women who aspire to become economically self sufficient. This is done through various national and international training programs, skill up gradation programs, entrepreneurship development programs, under the able leadership of ALEAP President
Smt. Kanneganti Rama Devi, the
Member in Prime Minister Task Force.
ALEAP is aiming to make the state of Andhra Pradesh a role model for women’s empowerment. Its initiatives are appriciatable in establishing
India’s first Industrial Estate exclusively for women entrepreneurs and promoted by ALEAP was set up in Gajularamaram, R.R.District, Hyderabad. And subsequently, it is also promoted another Industrial Estate exclusively for women entrepreneurs in Nunna, Vijayawada.
