It is an organisation of enterprising women who have one common-desire to help other women, who want to start to improve their business. ALEAP is a state Level Organization with an objective of upliftment of women and empowerment through establishing small and Medium Enterprises.
ALEAP has built up a strong support network with Government and non-government organizations, working with them to provide the expertise and other required facilities for entrepreneurship development.
ALEAP has the credit of conducting various training programmes in India and Srilanka in collaboration with different Organisations, GOvernments etc.
ALEAP's members are mostly first generation Entrepreneurs, they have to their credit outstanding achievements, various attainments and selfless altruism. ALEAP has strong representation through its President and other members on various Committees at the State, National and International Levels.
